Provide Third Party (“Third Step”) bus and rail accidents appeals reviews.

• Perform Third Party Accident Adjudication. Reviewed all data (both electronic and written reports) pertaining to the accident and uphold or overturn the preventability decisions of the TriMet

Provide system safety consulting services support evaluating the agency’s system safety program, bus operations, performing limited safety and security certification support activities, and conducting rail crossing hazard analysis as needed.
