Provide Safety, Security, Emergency Management, Project Design, Training Consulting Service Support and Audit Consulting Service Support:

• Develop and provide safety training, Hazard Communication training, Lockout-Tagout training, Fall protection training, and other services and training as requested
• Develop and HAZCOM Written Program and HAZCOM Training for Maintenance Personnel, including a SDS chemical inventory

Provide Safety, Security, Emergency Management, project design, and Audit Consulting Service Support:

• System Wide Threat and Vulnerability Assessment (TVA)
  
• Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) for the Streetcar Cemeteries Project
  
• PHA for the Canal Ferry Terminal project
  
• Agency Safety Audits

Provide Safety, Security, Emergency Management, and Training Consulting Service Support:

• Emergency incident drills and tabletop exercises
  
• An emergency policy document covering in-service transit vehicles (bus and rail)
  
• Active Shooter Tabletop Exercise utilizing HSEEP guidelines.
  
• NIMS 700 and ICS 100 Training
  
• Multi-Year Training and Exercise Program Development
