Assisted MNR with various Safety Assurance Activities in accordance with the Railroad’s System Safety Program Plan (SSPP) as required by 49 CFR Part 270.

• Review change management, configuration management, and safety certification documents for MNR operating departments. 
• Perform a gap analysis of the current MNR System Safety Program Plan language, 49 CFR 270(s)(1)
• Develop and support the implementation of a Change and Configuration Management Program Plan
• Develop and support the implementation of a Safety Certification Program Plan

• Change Management development and implementation
• Configuration Management development and milestones
• Safety Certification development and implementation
