Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC)

Develop Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVA) of the GRTC headquarters building and associated bus and paratransit parking, maintenance, and storage areas using documentation reviews, staff interviews, site visits, and more. Project scope was subsequently expanded to also include new downtown bus transfer facility.
