DC Streetcar (DCS)

Provide safety and security certification services in support of restarting the Washington DC Streetcar Line. Services include leading the safety and security certification effort as well as providing technical support in performing OSHA compliance assessments, risk management reviews and evaluations of risk prone activities.

• Filled as an interim Chief Safety and Security Officer (CSSO) position
• Streetcar Safety and Security Certification Activities
• Updated all SSC documents
• Assisted the DC Streetcar in opening their new Car Barn Training Center (CBTC).
• Car Barn Training Center (CBTC) Certification Activities
• Updated all SSC Documents – Performed an Operational Hazard Analysis for the System and CBTC

Support contract to develop select plans and procedures as needed.

• Developed the DC Streetcar Policing Plan
