K&J Safety and Security Consulting Services, Inc. developed and conducted a tabletop exercise for the Port Authority of Allegheny County/Pittsburgh Regional Transit to evaluate the agency’s knowledge of and the effectiveness of its Information Technology Disaster Recovery Plan. The results of the exercise were entered into an After-Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) following the guidelines of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program to assist the agency in determining its strengths, as well as identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, K&J Consulting developed and conducted a Cybersecurity Incident Response tabletop exercise. The focus of the exercise was to evaluate the Information Technology Department’s response to a simulated Ransomware incident.
