Karen Tucci, Chief Executive Officer of K&J Safety and Security Consulting Services, was approached by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority’s (SEPTA) DBE Program Office, requesting she be the agency’s FIRST ever DBE spotlight story. The intent of the SEPTA DBE Program Office spotlight story initiative is to share the story of a SEPTA Certified DBE/SBE company once per month. The features are shared to highlight the unique stories of each DBE company while encouraging other DBEs and SBEs to keep working hard to achieve the American Dream and build wealth.
Since Mrs. Tucci is a Veteran, her DBE/SBE story was released by SEPTA on Veteran’s Day.
